Clogs - Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same unworn, perfect condition as they arrived to you within 60 days of purchase. We cannot accept items back that have obviously been worn.
You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we recommend you use a recorded service as we can not be responsible for items that go missing en route.
Exchanges
If you are returning goods for an exchange you will need to pay the returns postage AND purchase Exchnage Postage of £3.50 using the link below. You will see an order reference number (beginning with RC) on completion of the purchase which you will need to quote on the RETURNS FORM to show that this has been paid.
If you don't have access to a printer, please include your paperwork with written instructions i.e "Please refund me" and return to:

If you want to exchange something quickly, you can place a new order and then send the other item back for a refund.
Damaged Goods
If, when you open the parcel, you find the clogs have been damaged by the postal service, please telephone us IMMEDIATELY. We will send you a replacement. Please return the damaged pair and we will extract compensation from the post office and reimburse your postage charge.
