Q. How much does delivery cost?

A. Standard (2-5 day) delivery to UK addresses for all orders is FREE. You can also choose next working day, saturday and overseas delivery. The delivery cost is based on weight and will vary accordingly. Please add the desired clogs to the basket where you can preview the shipping cost BEFORE you make a purchase.

Q. Can you do a next day delivery?

A. Yes we can, to UK addresses. Please see above.

Q. Do your clogs come up large or small?

A. The clogs featured on this website are true to size, so please order your normal shoe size. If you are a half size, then please go up to the next size. i.e if you a normally a size UK 5 1/2 please order a size 6.

Q. Can I return them if I change my mind or would like a different pair?

A. Yes of course. Please see our returns procedure here
